The drama, which aired its first episode in early July, marked Fahad Mustafa’s return to television after a ten-year hiatus. Alongside him, Hania Aamir co-stars, marking their first on-screen pairing. Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum, penned by acclaimed writer Farhat Ishtiaq and directed by Badar Mehmood, has garnered immense popularity both in Pakistan and abroad, including India, Bangladesh, and the UAE, due to its compelling storyline and well-crafted characters.
In the series, Fahad Mustafa and Hania Aamir play a married couple entangled in a complex family drama. Emmad Irfani plays the role of Fahad Mustafa’s brother, who initially rejects Hania’s character to pursue a wealthier partner, only to later marry for financial gain. The plot further thickens as Irfani’s character marries a rich woman, played by Naeema Butt, and begins seeking extramarital relationships. Senior actors Javed Sheikh and Bushra Ansari play the roles of parents, adding depth to the family dynamics.
The announcement of the theater release has been met with excitement from fans, who are eager to experience the climax of Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum on a cinematic scale. The finale will be screened in major cities across Pakistan, including Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore. While cinema screenings of drama episodes have been done before, this marks another step in merging television’s reach with the theater experience.
