She highlighted how their appearances captivate audiences, with both actors being beautiful and cute, adding to the charm of their performances.
Comparing her collaborations with Fawad Khan, Sanam Saeed admitted that their on-screen partnership doesn’t evoke the same magical effect. While she appreciates working with Fawad, she noted that their pairing lacks the romantic appeal that Mahira Khan and Fawad Khan naturally bring to their roles.
Sanam Saeed also reflected on the surprise of reuniting with Fawad Khan after 12 years. The two previously worked together in the 2012 drama Zindagi Gulzar Hai and are now back on screen in the web series Barzakh on Zee5. In this new project, they take on different roles, portraying step-siblings instead of romantic leads, showcasing their versatility as actors.
She further emphasized that Fawad Khan is a versatile actor capable of handling a variety of roles, and audiences should not expect always to see him in romantic roles.
