Method 1: Beans butter sauté
Ingredients (for 4 people)
- Mixed beans (can)1 can (1 can contain 240g)
- Salt: A pinch
- Starch: 3-4 tbsp
- Butter: 20g
- Salad oil: 1 tablespoon
- Ketchup: Appropriate amount
- Dry parsley: a little
Preparation
- Raise the mixed beans into a colander and drain the juice well.
How to make it?
- Crush the well-drained mixed beans with a masher, add salt and potato starch, and mix well.
- Put the cooking oil and butter in a frying pan and heat it over low heat. When the butter melts, take 1/8 to 1/10 of the dough from (1), roll it up, press it a little, and put it in the frying pan.
- When it gets brown and crispy, turn it over and bake the other side crispy. Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with ketchup and sprinkle with dry parsley.
Method 2: Easy white bean with butter beans
Material
- Butter beans (white beans / white beans): 400g x 2 cans
- Sugar: 150g
- (Necessary cooking utensils)
- Pot
- Fine mesh colander
- Rubber spatula
- Wooden bell
- Ball
How to make it?
- Drain the can and wash it lightly. Peel the skin.
- Put it in a colander little by little and rub it while pushing it with a rubber spatula.
- Put the beans and sugar in a pan. On low heat. As soon as you see it, the sugar melts and becomes easier to mix. Knead with a wooden spatula and remove the water.
- Scoop with a wooden spatula, and when the horns stand up and fall, you’re done!
