Hareem Farooq Early life
Hareem Farooq, one of the most charming and recognized faces of the industry today was conceived on the of 26th of May 1989, though she spent most of her childhood in Islamabad she later due to reasons moved with her family to Karachi where she still currently lives. She comes from an educated background as both of her parents are doctors, her father is a public health PhD and international consultant whereas her mother is a dermatologist. The actress received early education from Karachi Grammar School. She did her bachelors in Sociology and Journalism from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad, after which she took interest in showbiz and began her career in acting.

Hareem Farooq started from scratch and began her career with the available opportunity of a theatre playing the leading role of Fatima Jinnah in Pawnay 14 August and Kiran in Aangan Terha back in 2012
The next year, she made exceptional progress and made it to the big screen with her debut in the film and a lead role in the 2013 horror thriller film Siyaah. Hareem then settled down for her television debut with the drama serial ‘Mausam’ alongside Ahsan Khan and Yumna Zaidi in 2014 on the Pakistani top TV Channel Hum TV.
After her first drama becoming the super hit, she instantly gained recognition from fans and directors and was given many popular dramas to the showbiz industry like Doorsri Biwi and Mere Humdum Mere Dost. In 2015 she was part of an all-time classic drama Diyar-e-Dil which received lots of love and good reviews. In the same year, she played the lead role in the film Dobara Phir Se and was a co-producer of the feature film Janaan. She made her debut with the comedy flick Parchi as the lead role in which she played the character of a female don, with co-stars Ali Rehman Khan, Ahmed Ali Akbar and Usman Mukhtar in lead roles.
She without a doubt is a woman with power and plans, Apart from being a successful and growing acting till this date Hareem in 2015 did an amazing job of becoming Pakistan’s first female actor-producer, by joining her childhood best friend and producer of her debut film, Imran Raza Kazmi as a partner in IRK Films and went on to produce Janaan with him, followed by her 2018 blockbuster Parchi.
Further, Hareem made us all proud by becoming the first female celebrity to get the honour of hosting The Pakistan Super League in February 2018, where she hosted the 3rd PSL opening ceremony in Dubai.
